Automatic mask edge banding machine is also called mask welding machine, mask edge pressing machine, mask seaming machine, automatic rotary disc edge banding machine, etc. This machine belongs to the subsequent production process of the tablet machine, which is mainly suitable for KN95 folding masks The ultrasonic welding of the folded V-shaped knurled part of the N95 folding medical protective mask (nose bridge) replaces the current semi-automatic manual edge stitching. This equipment is independently developed and designed by Delte Delta Instruments. It is a new type of fully automatic edge blanking and edge banding equipment that is improved by replacing the pneumatic drive with a pure motor drive. It has many advantages such as accurate positioning, low working noise, fast speed, smooth movement, and many other advantages. The seams of the mask produced by this machine are neat and beautiful, firm and not falling off, low welding defect rate, stable performance and high efficiency for long-term use, it is the ideal equipment for the manufacturing industry of KN95, N95 medical masks, GB2626 industrial dust masks
1. An automated machine that uses an ultrasonic welding system with a disc (automatic turntable) to improve production efficiency;
